Shipping:

Manufacturing would take 6 to 8 weeks. Once your item is ready it will be dispatched and should reach within 3 to 5 days based on delivery location.

Returns:

Every piece at Maison Gramoli is made to order. For this reason we do not offer any return.

Should you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of having placed the order.

Exchanges:

We ensure our products pass a thorough quality check process and are packed meticulously. However if your product is received damaged, please notify us immediately upon receiving the item and unpacking it. You can reach us at info+delivery@maisongramoli.com. Share images and we will look into the issue immediately and offer a solution such as a repair or a replacement if repair isn't feasible.

We aim to offer our clients exactly what is ordered, but due to the art of crafting those furniture pieces, there may be variations from what you see on our website and what you see in person. This is absolutely normal and contributes to the uniqueness of every piece.
